Check valves are installed to allow flow in one direction only and they protect systems that can be affected by reverse flow, such as a system shutdown.
1. Innovative pressure seal design for enhanced performance and reliability.
2. Hinge pin does not penetrate to the outside, eliminating leakage and allowing for convenient in-line service.
3. All moving parts attached to the hanger block or hanger ring, enabling easy removal for maintenance purposes.
4. The seat and disc are forged and hardfaced with CoCr alloy, finely ground and lapped to a mirror finish. This ensures maximum resistance to erosion and extends the service life of the valve. The seat is securely seal-welded to the body.
5. The disc is capable of partial adjustment to achieve tight shutoff. When fully open, it rests against a stop for optimal positioning.
6. Hinge pin features CoCr alloy bearings, ensuring smooth operation and durability.
7. Convenient in-line serviceability with all components easily accessible for maintenance. Seating faces can be re-lapped for continued effectiveness.
8. The cover is forged, contributing to the strength and reliability of the valve.
9. The self-sealing ring of the cover and the valve body adopts a small-angle sealing cone surface, and the sealing surface is precision-processed, so the sealing effect is better and the service life is longer.
