Cryogenic Check Valve
All basic design features of TH-Valve’s cast steel check valves are adapted to special service conditions at cryogenic temperatures, additional features are:
1. Sealing with Hard-Facing: Our valves can employ a hard-faced sealing mechanism to enhance durability and ensure effective sealing.
2. Choice of Anti-Rotation Disc: Customers have the option to include an anti-rotation disc, which prevents the valve from rotating unintentionally during operation.
3. Internal Hinge Pin & Hinge Design for Leak Prevention: The valve incorporates an internal hinge pin and hinge design to safeguard against external leakage, maintaining a secure seal.
4. Optional Soft Seat with PTFE or PCTFE: Customers can choose to have a soft seat with either PTFE or PCTFE material, providing additional sealing options to suit specific requirements.
1.Complete Production and Testing Capabilities:
Our production and testing facilities are fully equipped to meet the demands of cryogenic applications. Our testing facilities are equipped to subject our valves to extreme conditions, with temperatures as low as -196℃(-321℉). From design to manufacturing, we ensure every valve is crafted with precision and attention to detail.Designed to operate efficiently even at low valve pressure drops, these valves are lightweight and suitable for industrial gas transportation.

2.Various Tank Sizes Available:
Our facilities offer a variety of tank sizes, catering to a wide range of applications. The size range is from 2”~42”.
